One who has vaguely chosen to allow the bumpercar of the unharnessed mind to bump whenever and wherever it will bump, following every tributary of thought to it's most insignificant and quixotic conclusion - if any conclusion can indeed be reached. There are no boundaries in the land of Tangentia, just a chaos of bumpercars... speaking of which, I was a bit distracted by an episode of Sanford & Son as I wrote this. It was a 1977 episode (and Lamont's afro was decidedly shorter/smaller than his 1976 version...)
